With a focus on cadastral topics and case studies, we also have an update on the LRS Digital Plans implementation and bushfire legislation changes. We are introducing a new segment designed to get you talking about "What grinds my gears". Let us know what issues - small or large, business, equipment, technique or liaison - you are currently facing, and the assembled brains trust might be able to troubleshoot a solution for you. This will be followed by drinks provided by our good friends at ACSIS.
Another highlight of this year's program will be dedicated sessions from our trade sponsors. Rather than limiting them to breaks with just a table for some small items, we are providing time for more interaction so you have the opportunity to see the latest offerings from our supporters. Conferences such as these would not be possible without the support of industry.
The General Meeting of CSA will be held on Friday morning before the professional program starts. An agenda will be distributed shortly to those eligible to attend. The draft conference program is available here, with the final program and CPD point allocation available shortly. Note the program and timing is subject to change.
Eligible surveyors can join CSA and receive a discount on the conference rate. If your work is outside the metropolitan area of Sydney, please consider joining the association. Surveying students are most welcome, and also receive a special rate. Please contact me for the code required.
